In fact, this is not an isolated case. In recent years, the trend of younger cervical spondylosis is very obvious. Studies have shown that the average age of onset of cervical spondylosis in my country has dropped by 16 years. Reports of cervical spondylosis in young children are not uncommon. You know, cervical spondylosis, as a degenerative disease, originally occurred mostly in the elderly!   Why is cervical spondylosis getting younger and younger?  With the advent of the Internet age, the rapid upgrading of electronic equipment, and the influence of China’s education system, more and more More children and adolescents are affected by cervical spondylosis. Among them, long-term bowing to play with electronic products, long-term desks, and incorrect posture learning have become important causes of cervical spondylosis. It should be known that keeping the head and neck in a single position with the head down for a long time will make some of the neck muscles stay in a state of tension for a long time, not only prone to neck and shoulder pain and discomfort, but also make these muscles that maintain the normal cervical spine unable to bear. Its function is to transfer pressure to the cervical intervertebral discs and intervertebral joints, thereby increasing the pressure on the cervical intervertebral discs and intervertebral joints and accelerating degeneration. If you lower your head to study, desk, or play with your mobile phone for a long time, cervical spondylosis is prone to occur.   And children are in the stage of bone growth and development. Compared with adults, bones have more water and glue, but less calcium, so children’s bones are more flexible and more susceptible to deformation due to external forces.  What kind of situation does the child have to go to the hospital?   Generally, when we feel discomfort in the cervical spine, and the discomfort exceeds our tolerance, and it starts to affect our normal work and life, we begin to pay attention to our cervical spine problems. To prevent children’s cervical spondylosis, parents should do a good job of supervision:   1, maintain the correct sitting posture. Adolescents should maintain a natural sitting position as much as possible, with their head tilted slightly forward to maintain the normal physiological curve of the head, neck, and chest.  2. You can fly kites, play badminton, etc. These sports are good for the cervical spine.   4. Reduce the pressure on the shoulder and back.
